Step 1 — Book Your IV Assessment
Book your IV consultation through our online booking system.
A $50 non-refundable booking fee is required. This amount will be credited towards your treatment price if you proceed.
You do not need to attend the clinic for your initial assessment.
Step 2 — Complete Your Health Questionnaire
Complete the required confidential health questionnaire and submit it to Ako Naman Kusmetiks.
Please provide accurate information about your medical history, medications, allergies and relevant health conditions.
Step 3 — Medical Review
Our clinic securely submits your questionnaire and proposed treatment ingredients through our medical prescribing system, EstheRx.
An authorised medical practitioner reviews your information and determines whether treatment is clinically appropriate.
The doctor may request additional information, blood tests or further medical assessment before making a decision. Approval is not guaranteed.
Step 4 — Prescription & Pharmacy
If treatment is approved, the prescribing doctor issues a prescription.
Our clinic downloads the prescription and forwards it to our approved pharmacy to arrange the prescribed medication.
Step 5 — Your IV Infusion Appointment
Once your medication has arrived, we will contact you to arrange your treatment appointment at Ako Naman Kusmetiks.
Your infusion will be administered by a registered nurse, with appropriate monitoring and aftercare.

Please read the following information carefully:
- A $50 non-refundable booking fee applies to your initial IV assessment and is credited towards your treatment if you proceed.
- Your initial health questionnaire can be completed remotely.
- No IV infusion is administered before the required medical approval and prescription have been obtained.
- Medication is ordered after prescription approval.
- Infusion appointments are arranged directly by our clinic once the medication is available.
- Additional medical assessment or investigations may be required.
- Treatment ingredients, suitability and frequency are determined by the prescribing practitioner.
- All personal health information is handled confidentially and through appropriate secure systems.

Before treatment, you will complete a confidential health questionnaire covering your medical history, current medications, allergies and other relevant health information.
An authorised medical practitioner will assess your suitability and determine whether an IV infusion is clinically appropriate.
Additional blood tests, medical clearance or further assessment may be required.
All IV infusions require appropriate medical authorisation before treatment. Approval is not guaranteed.
Frequently Asked Questions
Do I need to attend the clinic for an initial consultation?
No. Your initial health questionnaire can be completed remotely. An in-person consultation is not routinely required, although the prescribing doctor may request further assessment if necessary.
Do I need to download an app?
No. You do not need to download a separate patient app. Our clinic will guide you through completing and submitting the required questionnaire.
Is there a booking fee?

Who approves my IV treatment?
An authorised medical practitioner reviews your health information and proposed treatment. Only the prescribing practitioner can determine whether treatment is appropriate and issue a prescription.
Can I receive an infusion on the same day I submit my questionnaire?
No. Your treatment must first be medically approved and prescribed. Your medication must also be ordered and received before your infusion appointment can be arranged.
How long does an IV infusion take?
Treatment times vary depending on the prescribed formulation. Some infusions may take approximately 30–60 minutes, while NAD+ treatments may require several hours.
We will advise you of the expected appointment duration before treatment.
Will I be monitored during my infusion?
Yes. Your treatment will be administered by a registered nurse, with appropriate monitoring and aftercare according to your individual clinical care plan.
Can everyone receive IV infusion therapy?
No. IV infusion therapy is not suitable for everyone. Treatment depends on your medical history, clinical assessment and the prescribing doctor’s decision.
Do I need a new prescription for every session?
Not necessarily. Repeat treatments may be covered by an existing valid prescription and authorised treatment plan. Further assessment or a new prescription may be required when clinically indicated.
How do I book my actual infusion appointment?
You do not book your infusion appointment directly online.
Once your prescription is approved and your medication arrives from the pharmacy, Ako Naman Kusmetiks will contact you to arrange your treatment appointment.
